Results of the February 18,

2012 District 5 Arts & Crafts Festival

On Saturday February 18, 2012 fifteen members attended the District 5 Arts and Crafts Festival Meeting at the Gainesville Woman's Club. Of our 25 entries submitted, we were awarded 23 ribbons overall: 5 Blue, 8 Red, and 8 White. In addition Mary Ackley won the Director's Choice award for her watercolor of GFWC Headquarters, and Phyllis Barnes won Best of Show award for her photo of Rainbow Springs. The first place winners will be entered into the competition at the Orlando Convention in April.
